Terms of use
The rules for restaurants using My Quick Menu, and for guests using a restaurant's menu, ordering and bookings.
Last updated 5 October 2026.
1. The service
My Quick Menu ("we") is built and operated by 4CS. It gives restaurants digital menus, table ordering, a kitchen display, table bookings, a restaurant website, guest feedback and back-office tools for stock, shifts and sales. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy page, which is part of these terms.
2. For restaurants
Accounts
Accounts are set up by us and activated through an invite link. Owners can invite their own team. You are responsible for everything done under your account and your team's accounts, for keeping passwords private, and for removing people who no longer work with you.
Your content
You are responsible for everything you publish: dish names, descriptions, photos, prices, opening hours, and in particular allergen and dietary information. We show what you enter; we don't check it. Keep it accurate and up to date, as the law requires of food businesses.
You keep all rights to your content. You allow us to store, display and adapt it (for example resize photos or produce translations you ask for) only to provide the service. Only upload content you have the right to use.
Your guests
Orders, bookings and ratings are between you and your guests. You decide whether to accept them, you serve and charge for orders, and you honour bookings. You must use guests' details only to serve them, and handle them as data protection law requires.
Fees
Prices, plans and any trial period are agreed with us in writing before your account is set up. If we change them, we tell you at least 30 days in advance.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to erase your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or remains unpaid, after warning you where reasonably possible.
3. For guests
Menus, prices and availability are published by each restaurant, which is responsible for them. If you have an allergy or intolerance, always confirm with the staff before ordering.
Sending an order from your table or booking a table is an arrangement with the restaurant, not with us. Payment is made to the restaurant as it tells you. Please cancel bookings you can't keep, using the link you received.
Don't send fake orders, bookings or ratings, and don't try to disrupt the service.
4. Fair use
Nobody may use My Quick Menu to publish illegal, misleading or offensive content, to send spam, to access accounts or data that aren't theirs, or to overload or probe the service.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, with backups, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change takes away something you rely on, we tell you in advance.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for the content restaurants publish, or for what happens between a restaurant and its guests. As far as the law allows, our liability to a restaurant is limited to the fees it paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
7. Law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. If we change them, we update the date above and tell restaurants of important changes in advance.
